DOLLY is a small, compact, and reliable countertop machine, suitable for both restaurants and those who love making quality homemade pasta.
The DOLLY machine kneads any type of flour and produces both long and short pasta with the simple change of the die. The machine can be supplied (upon request) with a rotary pasta cutter knife (accessory) for short pasta.
It features an anodized aluminum exterior and stainless steel parts in contact with the pasta, a safety button, an indicator light, and complies with current safety regulations.
