G2 is a gnocchi machine with piston feeding. This machine presses and extrudes the dough without altering its structure. RAW MATERIAL: potatoes, flour, and other seasonings.
Its operation is simple and efficient; it features an anodized aluminum exterior and stainless steel parts in contact with the pasta.
G2 is equipped with a control panel and complies with current safety regulations.
The shape of the gnocchi can be easily changed by simply replacing the forming tool.
