NINA is a countertop machine, ready to use and easy to operate, that, in a single unit, allows the production of dough sheets with adjustable thickness and tagliatelle in two different widths: 2 mm and 6 mm.
NINA is available in two models: 170 and 250, distinguished by the two available sheet widths (170 mm and 250 mm).
NINA is versatile because it can be paired with a range of accessories (available upon request) that transform it into a fully functional pasta machine. It features an anodized aluminum exterior and stainless steel parts in contact with the pasta; it includes a safety button and an indicator light.
The NINA machines are equipped with new safety grids.
