The P2 PLEASURE, in its basic version, consists of a single kneader, automatic cylinder, and ravioli machine. It can also be supplied in a double tank version, or a double tank with extruder to produce all types of extruded pasta, simply by changing the die.
The ravioli machine with interchangeable molds allows the production of separated ravioli in various shapes and sizes.
