PNuova Combinata (Kneader and Sheet Roller) is a multifunctional pasta machine that automatically produces thin rolled dough and includes specific interchangeable units for the production of ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi in various formats, and extruded pasta.
PNuova has the ability to knead and roll dough simultaneously. Its operation is practical and simple, and it is also fully removable for quick cleaning and maintenance.
PNuova features an anodized aluminum exterior and stainless steel parts in contact with the pasta, and it is equipped with new safety grids.
